Every time when I visit this branch,there is this lady who speaks poor English always seems lost and don’t know what she is doing, she has to be told by the other lady what to do all the time,it’s getting annoying when things like this keep happening, it’s unprofessional and making chase bank looks bad.

I honestly do not understand how traditional banks stay in business with their poor customer service. This one is definitely one of the worst
