I've used the Okemos Belle tire on two occasions. The first visit was for front end ball joints, control arms/bushings, and alignment on my Silverado. The second was for new tires and alignment on my classic car. Both visits had minor issues but the management addressed them promptly and without hesitation. I trust the quality of service they provide and highly recommend them.

Make sure upon purchase of news tires you request valve stem replacement, and make sure to confirm it was done.
Tire replacement March, request to replace valve stems. September and valve stems are leaking. Never replaced and no note of request on record from March!
Not cool!

I got a flat tire after running something over on the highway and had to have my car towed here since it was the closest location to where I was. I got there and they were busy but Mr. Sears made sure to take care of me. Shoutout to you sir and recommend this location to others in the area.

This place WILL DEFINITELY try to screw you over! ESPECIALLY if your a woman! I went there to simply figure out what was clunking in the front end of my car. They told me it was going to be a few hours until they can get to it so I decided to leave it there so I could head to work, not EVEN a half hour later they called me and started to list off a numerous of "problems" that needed to be fixed! I didn't even make it all the way to work yet when they called... I was quoted almost $1700 to get it all done! Now, I take really good care of my vehicle so I JUST KNEW that didn't sound right especially when they were listing things that I had already got done. I took it somewhere else to get a second opinion, to someone I was told I could trust! And they only found ONE thing that needed done which was my stabilizer bar! They told me that everything else looked great and was in great condition. Now my car drives great like it did when I first bought it and only cost me $250 instead of $1700... AWLAYS get a second opinion if you go to this place!! I would definitely not trust what they say.

Made an appointment a week ago to get my breaks looked at as my car shakes when I break. But I also needed an alignment and wheel balance and rotation. I made an appointment a week ago mind you, went in for my appointment and they told me their mechanic was too busy to look at my breaks and I would have to come back a different day. They only had one mechanic on a Tuesday…. If the website lets you book appointments then the service needs to be done. Period. Or at least a phone call to let me know I couldn’t get breaks done would have been nice. That was my whole purpose to stop here. Bad communication on Belle Tire. This is the first time I’ve had a problem with Belle Tire.

I've been using Belle Tire for tires, brakes and various suspension issues for decades now and they are excellent! Needless to say I wouldn't continue going back if they didn't do exceptional work.

They told me I needed $2300 of repairs because I had broken parts in my suspension. I took it to another mechanic who said my suspension was merely old, but not actually broken and didn't recommend any repair. Only take your vehicle here if you want them to lie about broken parts so they can massively overcharge you.

This Belle Tire location is staffed with really competent, honest people. I got a flat tire and thought I needed two new tires. They ordered the tires for next day delivery to their location and I dropped the car off. They called me to let me know it was ready for pickup, but when I went to pick the car up they handed me the keys and told me there was no charge. The tire had a nail in it, which they were able to repair for free. They could've easily installed the tires that they had ordered and charged me for them, which was what I was completely expecting. The fact that they were honest and willing to forego a $650-$700 sale says a lot about their integrity. That's pretty rare these days, and if you are lucky enough to find a business and people with that kind of integrity they deserve to be applauded and patronized.

Ive had my car towed here twice in the last 6 or so months overnight with the hopes to get it taken in the next day. Once for a blown coolant hose and once due to a destroyed belt. Both times the car was fixed the next day and back on the road. Thanks guys.

This location was amazing. They gave me several discounts I found online and replaced all four tires plus a full alignment in about an hour and a half. I was hoping they could adjust camber, castor and toe since I have upgraded suspension. They did and my truck drives like new. Charlie is who we dealt with and he was awesome. A+ experience.
