People on the night shift seem to have issues packing orders for deliveries, it's either they don't know how to read, or pay attention. I've had to call customer support multiple times this week over issues. And they still can't seem to get things right with this store and maybe they should actually have a working number for the store or maybe this is why they have a number that's out of service because of the customer service they don't seem to have.??♀️

In not going to give you 1 star, because your store is nice, clean, and well stocked. I was at your estabishment on 03/07/24 at about 3 am getting some late night snacks. When I entered the store i did not see anyone. I used to work mids at a gas station so I know the amount of cleaning that needs to be done. I was in the store for about 15 minutes, and noticed I hadn't seen a worker. Another lady came in to grab a few things. By this time I'm at the counter with $70 worth of snacks and drinks. When she comes up to the counter I tell her id been there for awhile and I hadn't seen anyone. She says they are probably sleeping in the back. She started loudly saying hello...hello. Nothing. Then she states that you cannot call the store because no one picks up. I get to looking in the back room from where I was standing and I notice that someone is sitting in the chair in the back, indeed asleep. This isn't about tue fact that someone working midnights, which is a very hard shift to work, fell asleep. Its about the fact that it took us actually screaming for about 4 minutes to wake him up. And when he did wake up he came out and rudely waited on me without saying a word, and acted like I was bothering him by being in the store. Anyone could have walked in that store and taken what they wanted without him even knowing.

It is a beautiful store and the staff are nice. It is located near my residence on Okemos Road. It is suitable for quick visits as it has some important products. I visit it more than once a week:It has many free parking spaces and parking for people with disabilities.

Last few time i have been at this location, it takes longer then it should be, to paid for my items and leave. Mostly this is due to people "playing the lottery" they take forever to tell the employee their numbers for multiple games. I will gladly take my money elsewhere where i know i wont have to stand and wait over lotto picks.

walked in to grab snacks at 2:00 am after a long drive back home, and this one worker was extremely rude, I can understand he is working the night shift but his comments were so disrespectful and left me and my cousins uncomfortable. we walk up to the cash register and the worker replied with "god*****" and where we replied by laughing only for him to say "it's not funny". then he asked if we were actually going to pay which was really rude. we also asked for a pizza box to where he replied with "no" and eventually gave us a box. he than vaped while he was on the job. I usually like this place and love the staff but every time this individual is working he is the rudest human being ever, I will make sure not to go around that time. I just don't understand why he can't just do his job instead of saying all these rude remarks, I get it he probably is working long hours but that does not give him the right to be ajerk to me and my family especially when I tried to deescalate the situation by laughing and especially if I am supporting this store

I was at the 7/11 store today with my friend and the older Caucasian lady that was working was so nice to us but we noticed she was so rude to a younger lady that was there picking up an order and honestly we where disappointed, no matter the race or skin color everyone should be treated the same. Employees should learn to treat everyone with a smile not an attitude we definitely will not return anytime soon.

Okemos 7-eleven overcharged my son $1.50 for his purchase of soda and he had to make 2 trips to get his refund from the manager but in the State of Michigan we have a scanner law which this store is not following. He complain to the corporate office and they told him it is owned by the franchisee and they could do nothing. The biggest issue as they don't care how much they charge people due to a glitch in the computer software. So disappointed! Looking at turning it over to the attorney general which is sad that people can't do the right thing and follow the law.

For some reason the employees act like anyone picking up a order is a huge inconvenience and are very swift and abrupt with you I don't have any problem with people here but I wish they would just take a second to be a little more nice and chill
