Extremely unprofessional. Three of us went in to open a new bank account for a DBA for a series of Travel Books where we have already published the first book, and plan to publish several more books going forward. They said the business manager wasn't there and would call us back first thing in the morning with more info. We let them make a copy of our notarized DBA paperwork. We explained that we would not all be together again for a couple of weeks, and really wanted to move forward while we were in the same city still. She said we would hear back first thing in the morning from the business manager and assured us we could use E-Signatures the next day to start the account. We never received a phone call the next morning. When I called at 1:30 pm, the business manager first told me that the cashiers up front had been too busy to respond to us today. Then, she stated that they would not be able to open an account for our book publishing business. She did not give a reason, but I know it was because our books are specifically written for cannabis users. So, basically, for reasons of discrimination. When I told them that I wanted the copy of our DBA paperwork back, she said she had already shredded it this morning when she made the decision. She also falsely told me that you cannot open a DBA business account unless you file a LLC or LLP first. This is actually a lie, I already own several small businesses where I am DBA. I told her that she was wrong, and she lied to me again, stating a second time that you cannot open a DBA business account, that you MUST form an LLC or LLP in order to open any business checking account. That is untrue. I would not waste my time here, unless you like being treated disrespectfully, and having your time intentionally wasted with misinformation.

Did not get back to us with a reply as promised and then did not give us an honest answer when contacted. I would do banking elsewhere

This is the worst bank ever!! Do NOT NOT NOT open an account here. The supervisor is a joke, the tellers most of them put a fake smile on if any and my favorite they do what they want and God forbid you question them then they are plain rude. They have misplaced funds and released funds that should have never been released and my favorite they lie and when I provide proof of there lie they make excuses. Do not go to that bank

I applied for a loan from there. Never got a response. They ran my credit which lowered it and never gave me a response.

Anytime I went in here they were very rude, made it very clear they don't really care, they don't try to help you at all, and are just there to collect a paycheck. Very unknowledgeable about banking/credit union policies.

I have always been told Credit unions are a great place and Integra has proven this to me. Very friendly tellers and loan personnel.

I started a savings account here that had no links to the internet and no ATM card for personal reasons. They have treated me well and are very friendly.

My husband and I have been with MCFCU then Integra since about 1999. Never a late payment if I recall and lots of interest paid. We have refinanced our home in recent years for updates. Even so, mortgage is less than 50% of appraised value. We have always gotten along with the managers. Courtney is very nice. The staff is much better than it used to be. Noticable. We requested a 15 year fixed rate refinance to buy a piece of vacant land to build a cabin on. Income was there, home and land value very there with credit and especially loyalty very much there but told we refinanced to recently (roof) and had to be declined. I always understood that good proven risks in banking are what they rely on for investors especially customers that have done contant business for nearly 20 years without failing them. Does it matter if the risk is proven good and they are making money on near certain receivable interest payments? Apparently. I've paid thousands upon thousands in interest faithfully and we are declined. No interest in telling how we might make things work, just "sorry, you were declined because of recent refianance, ok, thank you, bye." Near verbatum. That's experience, not opinion. It may be because I am disabled and still out of full time work but that shouldn't matter. Current combined credit, payment history (excellent) and current ability to pay is key in our view. We will move our mortgage out once and for all ASAP and no longer request doing business with Integra because as I have also heard from other family and friends, its just too difficult to do business with them. Thats why we moved across the river for other vehicle and personal loans years ago. Last straw.

They block any purchase from any place that uses an international service to charge your debit card, So lots of online sites. the thing that made me switch banks was when I tried to book a hotel in the Wisconsin Dells, and they blocked it. When I tried to call them to get it authorized they refused. Not through a website, at the actual hotel in wisconsin, I can't use my card, and they absolutely refuse to authorize it.

They aren't working with me & nor trying to help me figure out a situation, when I was a loyal respectful customer/banker there. All bc someone wrote me a bad personal check for $ they owed me. I DIDN'T know it was going to bounce. Its suppose to be there $ from there bank account getting drawn IT SHOULDN'T effect my account I was not the one who wrote a bad check out they should be the one getting in trouble for writing out a fraudulent check in there name that they couldn't afford bc I also heard they did the same to some convenient stores & etc. Is there anyway someone out there knows how I can fix this issue so im not stuck paying the price bc I got bills, rent & things to take care of not pay for that when they could care less. I want to make them pay it somehow/someway so they WILL learn there lesson & grow up & take responsibility for there own poorly made decisions. I want this all just settled & takin care of ASAP & finally move on from this stupid issue. Please let me know any one out there that can help me solve this if this place wont. Thank youuu
