Professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, accessible to talk to, honest & forthright about the inspection results, quick & efficient in responding to me and the facility to which they visited to do the inspection. This is my second time with AAG & I will use them again. .

They did an amazing job matching paints and fixing my deer collision. They definitely went above and beyond for me and they will have all my future business. They took time and pride with not only their work, but with my car as well.

AAG truly saved me from purchasing a nightmare! I was attempting to buy a collector hot-rod vehicle "sight-unseen" and had AAG perform an inspection, and they did an amazing job, and literally saved me from purchasing a vehicle which was in terrible shape, but looked like showroom quality in the online pictures. Thanks guys!!!!

Prior to purchasing a 1970 Chevelle SS396 I contacted AAG for a professional inspection of this vehicle. Extensive inspection and review of the car and it's documents revealed substantial issues far in excess of what I had been told by the owner. The Inspector forwarded a mega checklist and over 150 photos to me for review with a follow up call from the President of AAG for a final comprehensive overview. Best $$ spent and saved me from making a major mistake. THANK YOU!

WE HAVE BEEN USEING LARRY & REBECCA'S SERVICES FOR 4-5 YEARS NOW. THEY HAVE DONE APPROX. 10 APPRAISALS FOR USE WITH A PLEASANT, EFFICIENT MATTER WHICH GIVES YOU THE CONFIDENCE THAT THE NUMBERS THEY ARRIVE AT ARE ACCURATE AND REALISTIC. I AM, ONCE AGAIN, USEING THEM ON A 1957 CHEVROLET THAT I RECENTLY AQUIRED. I LOOK FOWARD TO WORKING WITH TOM PALUSO WHO HAS DONE OTHER CARS FOR US. A GREAT TESTAMONY TO THEIR REPUTATION COMES FROM HAGARTY INSURANCE, A LEADER IN THE CLASSIC AUTO INSURANCE FIELD. THEY RELY 100% ON LARRY'S NUMBERS. IN THEIRS (AS WELL AS OUR) OPINION, THEY ARE TOPS! THE FINAL REPORT ONE RECEIVES IS PROFESSIONAL & COMPREHENSIVE, AS WELL AS REALISTIC, IN HELPING TO PROPERLY INSURING OUR CLASSICS.

I recently had the importunity to buy a 1937 Chevy Master Deluxe Sports Coupe Rumble Seat. My only problem was it was 2500 mile's away. I need to have it checked out by a professional. AAG, did the appraisal on the Le May collection and the Tucker Papers, they validated all of Tuckers papers from their invoices to their bankruptcy filing claims. What better credentials, could I have asked for. The seller of the 37 Chevy wasn't very forthcoming with all the defects of the car. Hence AAG came into play, they contacted their agent Tony Grillo, who is a restorer himself, a licenced appraiser. He sent me 67 photos and notes, explaining the paint thickness, engine spec's, visual damage, tire age, Etc. etc. etc. Just too much detail to go into here. In short that inspection by AAG and Tony Grillo, save me $ 28,000 and a lot of heartbreak had I just taken the dealers word, that the car was cherry. This is one great, company, and I will personally recommend them to anyone who can't or doesn't have the ability to inspect an auto themselves. Respectfully, Joe Romano, East Tennessee

Incredible service on all levels, and an Eyes Wide-Open(ing) experience! For having never bought a vehicle other than through a local dealership, along with never having purchased a used vehicle, here I was looking at purchasing a 1969 Firebird from over 900 miles away. I knew I needed to have the vehicle inspected and appraised, so I asked the national lender I was using to finance the loan "Who are some good reputable auto inspection/appraisal companies?" Auto Appraisal Group (AAG), was one of the very few that were recommended and were nation-wide. Although the finance institution was rather comfortable with the classic car dealership I was working with, in regards to being very reputable, I knew I needed to have someone represent our interest, especially with this significant of an investment. Once I called and requested the inspection and appraisal, a very seasoned inspector/appraiser was at the dealership within 2 days, and had the 12-page detailed report along with 60 pictures of every nook and cranny of the car, along with the report, the next night. That's called Service! Even more amazing was when I called and asked about the appraisal of the vehicle, I actually had the opportunity to speak directly to the owner of AAG who gave me more information about buying classic cars than I could've ever learned through reading books, or browsing on the internet. There is something to be said about generations of experience when buying a classic or used vehicle, especially when those people are working for you! My conversations with the appraiser and the owner actually drove me to stop, take a step back, and take the emotional aspects out of the process, and look at it much more pragmatically. My wife and I took two more days to debate the pros and cons before we finally decided to move forward with the purchase, and note, we did so with our “eyes wide open”. I would like to thank the AAG team for going above and beyond to help us as we journeyed through this experience, and for teaching us more than I could have ever asked for from anyone. Thank You! Sincerely, Two very satisfied customers

Claiming someone else's feedback and ellicting it as your own is a deplorable act and speaks not only to your character but to your business practices as well. You not only did not take the time to correct it (reach out to me to fix it), you used it to your advantage for the time it was here. You are now earning this 1 star review for this lack of action on your part. Learn from this mistake. Caveat Emptor.
