Tonight I saw a Dr at 5:45. The Dr sent 2 scripts over to CVS and the pharmacy was wonderful. They filled them quickly and I was able to get back home by 6:30. In a time where pharmacies are often understaffed and busy with prescriptions, vaccines and other dues - they were thorough and quick.

I CALLED A PRESCRIPTION YESTERDAY AND SAID I WOULD PICK IT UP AFTER 10 O'CLOCK TODAY . AT 11:30 IT STILL WASN'T READY. WORSE OF ALL I DID QUICK AUTO PICK UP AND WAS TOLD TO CIRCLE THE BUILDING. SAO I WOLDN'T INCONVENIENCE OTHERS.

My wife has a very expensive prescription which must be filled regularly. It is completely covered by a combination of Medicare and our insurance. The billings should be first forwarded to Medicare and then to our insurance. Somehow CVS could not get this right even though the computer showed that the prescription should be zero cost to us. For the last year we have been billed by CVS for our insurance company's portion. In spite of many phone calls and visits to the pharmacy, it was never straightened out. During one visit to the pharmacy, my wife was told they couldn't straighten it out and that my wife should call the corporate office. We found a better solution. We switched pharmacies.

My filled prescriptions are always correct and spelled properly. The workers always very helpful whether I am purchasing medicine or candy bars. The pharmacist is patient and answers all questions and concerns. I really appreciate all of their help and concern here since I do not know much about medicine, etc. The store is nice and clean and everything is pretty easy to find. If not, just ask. If you have to wait for a prescription consider how many people come in and some gave more than one prescription to fill. No mistakes is worth the wait.
