“The driver was very friendly. I gave them 4 stars because Dispatch told me the driver would arrive in 20 minutes, I called back after 45 minutes of sitting on the side of I-94 and traffic whizzing by at 80+ miles an hour. The driver showed up 55 minutes later - And I was not offered a reduced price. My Time Is As Important As Anyone Else's. I think they should be honest with the PAYING PUBLIC, let's just say

“On a trip to the area I unexpectedly had car issues late at night and had to call for assistance. I was so lucky to call Sam’s N Son as he immediately alleviated the stress I had by arranging for me to drop my keys off and to pick up my vehicle the next morning. He also let me know he could do the work on my vehicle to make repairs if needed and that was just an added bonus to the service I had already received! First time breaking down while traveling and I am not a calm person to begin with so I was beyond stressed, but the customer service and communication letting me know what is happening each step of the way has allowed me to relax and enjoy the rest of my trip. “customer service in all aspects of the job was awesome!! i contacted my insurance usaa needing roadside assistance. a flat tire change at my home. sent a service request, contact was made with mac's towing, tamer was the tech who changed the tire. the complete job from request to tighting lugnuts & lowering the jack was completed within an hour. tamer did an excellent job.including safety information when driving on the small spare. not to exceed 50 mph & turn slowly. i very much highly recommend mac's towing.”

“I just picked up my car due to it making a whining noise on the driver side as well as the brakes were giving an air sound. The shop checked it out and noticed that a rock was lodge around the brakes / rotor area. Used an air compressor to blow and clean out which appears to have done the job. The brakes were ok.
This shop was Honest about the issue and didn't attempt to charge for an unnecessary service!

“I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided.It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”

“10 out of 3 stars waiting 3 hours for troys to pick custom harley up off davidson n Monica.. told not a priority after being told 90 minutes tops just to b told they do impound n I'm not important.. lavish said 45 min were there in 30 half the price of troys .. friendly careful with bike and even waiting after I took wrong turn no extra charge ... there who u call for help ..m troys a bunch of a holes”

He even asked the other service person to get in amy BMW and steer it onto the ramp because he was too dirty:) seems like an easy fix to me. For a 5 star rating.”
