That means a lot for a customer, but specifically because I am a woman. They took the time to diagnose any issues I’ve had with my car, worked with CarShield and SilverRock which is a whole other beast in itself. They called me with updates and explained what was going on; even apologized when things took longer than expected, and it wasn’t their fault - it was a matter of waiting for a response from the extended warranty company.
