If I could give this a zero I would. Too expensive. They have all these rules at certain times regarding money. The guy had no idea what he was doing. I had to sit there for a long time and wait for the lady. They wanted me to put my hands in a dirty bowl with other people's fingernails floating around. They gave me the list of dipping powder, I chose my color, the guy said ok no problem. After an 1.5 hours of waiting the lady says we only have 2 colors. My regular nail place was closed and Rose Nails was inside Meijer where I needed to shop anyway. I was so angry that I waited all that time and they lied to me telling me they had the color I want. It's dirty, they play tricks and add little hidden fees. They should be shutdown. How dare you ask me to put my hands in a dirty bowl with fingernails floating around. That was disgusting!!

Fast service incredibly relaxing. Great staffed really friendly family going ambient going on. Multitasking services. They do a lot and they do really good at what their job is I have gone in for both facials & taxes. I used to get my hair and nails done here and they were really friendly people very good service.

I made an appointment two days in advance, when I get to the salon the hairstylist wasn't there, She canceled my appointment but forgot to called me. I believe it's common courtesy to inform your customers you've canceled there appointment and apologize for the inconvenience, which I got neither. I also left a message for the owner of the shop and haven't heard anything back from her. This is my second attempt to get my hair done at this salon and both times I've had issues with them keeping there appointment or the stylist being on time.

Tried to get my nails done here twice now after a suggestion from an employee. Was told by this employee that they served walkin. Went to the salon a few weeks later and was told it was by appt and no one there could do it. Called a few weeks later trying to give them one more shot, and make the appt, but no one answered. Severely disappointed with this salon for giving me the run around.
