The driver was very friendly. I gave them 4 stars because Dispatch told me the driver would arrive in 20 minutes, I called back after 45 minutes of sitting on the side of I-94 and traffic whizzing by at 80+ miles an hour. The driver showed up 55 minutes later - And I was not offered a reduced price. My Time Is As Important As Anyone Else's. I think they should be honest with the PAYING PUBLIC, let's just say
"Highway Robbery" but LOVED The Driver (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) - He is a Good Man. I-94 & 172 Exit 08/01/24

Unbelievably kind and polite. The entire staff from start to finish was very friendly and polite. In a very stressful situation, they were calm and collected and walked me thru how my needs were going to be met. You can trust these guys to do a safe job with towing your car and will do so in a quick and timely fashion. I now use them for all my hauling needs. Thank you to everyone at National! A++++

Great towing company, the service was awsome the driver was really nice! I broke down on the way to school and was going to be late, they offered to drop me off at college and even give me a few extra free miles. They know how to treat your car and very proffesional! Will use again and definatly recomonned!
