DO NOT!!! go to this location for Anything !! the owner and one worker running it REFUSE to help me with my account I had all of my info to get online and out of pure lazyness.... i had to drive to anther Location to recover my account.BIG THANKS! for the guy at Allen Park Location for helping me !

Love the service. A lady that works here has tons of yrs working with cell phones and she's amazing. Its about time they care enough to hire an experienced person.... As well as a person who actually cares for the customer. Ive had awful phone representatives in the past at various phone stores. I won't go back. But as long as they keep this lady. I'll be a customer for life?

A lady named Raquel works here. From the experiences I've had in this store. She treats every customer with great respect and is SOOOO knowledgeable about metro phones. I won't go anywhere else as long as she stays! Ya hired a good one. Whoever you are?

I went into this store yesterday looking to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 11. The guy said they didnt have any in stock but I could put a $100 deposit down and he'll order one for me and have it shipped to the store. So today I tried calling to see if the shipment had come in, no one answered. So I drove up there and when I walked in the guy behind the desk was ASLEEP. (Explains why he didnt answer the phone) And when I told him why I was there he said there was nothing he could do for me because he wasnt the one who placed the order and there was no way for him to check on the order. I've been trying to find a way to contact the store owner but have had no luck. I have never had such a horrible experience at a metro pcs store before and am now seriously considering just changing providers all together.
