I was a little worried to hand over my hard to get PS5 for repair after a power surge killed the power supply in the unit. But after reading a few reviews, I decided with over 200 reviews that were almost all positive, I could take a chance. I got an appointment scheduled, and within 30 minutes, I was given the diagnosis and repair was completed within an hour of me approving the costs. It was a little pricey, but well worth the money considering how hard it is to find the units, let alone good quality parts. I would use them again if needed.

Do you guys do usb 3.0 repairs? One of my back USB ports broke today and I really don’t want to send my ps5 out to Sony as the wait is undetermined and could be almost 3 months.In the Picture the top port is broken.The Schedule Appointment button on your website does not work.

I called around for prices, and was quoted a range of prices... Paul wasn't the cheapest but also wasn't the most expensive either. Let me say that Im glad I read these reviews before going to the "cheap" places. Paul allowed me to watch the repair of my PS5 HDMI port and let me say WOW! There is so much more to this repair than people may think. He had the proper tools and the skills he has developed over his 10 years of doing these type of repairs make his technique flawless. Paul seemed like a great and honest man when I met him. Turn around time was actually amazing as he told me he only needed 20-25 minutes to finish the repair. To which he actually upheld and sent me a picture literally 20 minutes after dropping my ps5 off with my hdmi port completely fixed. Thanks Paul!

I didn’t end up having to get any service from this establishment but when I reached out they responded in literally minutes. We set up an appointment and I had resolved my issue before I had the chance to come for my appointment. I am also grateful that they offered to at least take a look at the game console when everyone else that I’ve reached out to just told me they won’t or can’t do anything. I hope to come back and actually need some services so I have a reason to help support this business. Thank you for your time!

Lets just say Im blown away that I was able to get my ps5 fixed in 25 minutes... Other shops wanted way more money and also said it would take one to two weeks to complete the repair. Im so glad I was able to find Paul and get back to my game!

I thought for sure we would have to leave our PS5 for a few days. When he said an hour as there was a customer in front of us also getting her PS5 fixed, I was in shock. Less than an hour later problem fixed. One happy grandson as he is now back in the \\\"game\\\"! Thank you for the excellent service.
