“My favorite bank because of its easy ATM drive thru access. There are two drive up ATM's instead of just one like most banks. It keeps customers moving which means no waiting. I bank here several times a month and never had to wait for an ATM. I use the PNC app as well but come to this brick and mortar location for my onsite services.”
“I got to the branch 5min before close with a Zelle issue and the VP branch manager Sumer-Marie was so polite and helpful that she stayed 20 minutes after close to help with other matters…It really makes a difference when you meet people like her! I just wish she was working at my local branch to be honest.”

“I am updating my review for several reasons. The manager of the Westland location called and apologized and I stopped into the Allen Park location to a much better experience. I’m in customer service and I always say we all have problems, it’s how we deal with them that makes a difference. I’m changing from a 1 to a 4 and will change that depending upon the future. Poor customer service! An appointment is required for basic questions. Prepare to take time off work if you have any issues. Cash deposits are also very outdated. You need to fill out a slip and put money in an envelope. Call the main number for answers and they just try and schedule an appointment. WHY??”
