Hours: Our team of licensed physical therapists will work in conjunction with your referring provider to evaluate and treat what ails you. We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicare, BCBS, Priority Health, Auto and Workman's Compensation Claims. We also have a public Fitness Center which offers Matrix strength & cardiovascular equipment and a weight room. We offer various membership plans for you to choose from and are also an approved facility for programs like Silver Sneakers and Renew Active!
