This place was very unwilling to assist when there’s an issue. I spoke to the representative about an issue I was having with some pants (they are cut so weird btw- 3 rounds still no fit). I wasn’t offered anything to assist with this, so I have pant we can’t use and was not offered a replacement or a refund. The manager Cathy got on the line and yelled at me saying shes never heard of pants not fitting when going by the size chart. Then told me she could not refund!!! Buyer bewareeeeeeee!!!!!

One of the girls on my squad didn’t fit into her uniform. Cheerzone remade the uniform in a size that fit, free of charge!!! Thank you so much!!

Ordered some uniforms (Shoes, Poms, and Cheer Bags) for my middle school cheer team and I absolutely love them! Amazing quality and shipped fast. The girls also think it's cute.

Absolutely terrible experience. Horrible customer service. I ordered multiple colored poms, and they sent all of one color. Hanna outright lied and said I called the day the items were shipped and changed the color. I asked for proof, and a place to file a formal complaint several times. Our order is also missing 6 skirts (half the team) and they have been entirely too shady and unwilling to communicate. Do NOT order from them! The products and quality are not worth the hassle and shady dealing.

Horrible service! I ordered 16 uniforms spoke to customer service a good dozen times and have 15 emails sent back and forth. They assured me my order would be correct and then, I receive a top that doesn’t even match my skirt. The lady on the phone then told me they may allow me to use what was sent until they figure out the issue, but they cannot confirm when a fix will be completed. Clearly they do not understand that they are not doing me any favors- lol allowing us to use the tops sent.. this was their mistake!! They refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and give me a refund. My squad is devastated!! I am so disappointed!

Really wish I would have seen these reviews prior to ordering! Placed my order on 10/14 it’s now 11/30And still no uniforms. They outsourced the order and have been a nightmare to deal with. No one is offering any resolution what so ever. My next call is to the better business bureau.

I am a cheer coach in a middle school and we had a horrible experience with cheerzone. I have been ordering with them for more than 10 years and each year the customer service gets progressively worse. This year I recieved 34 incorrect poms and had to call repeatedly to get a replaced shipment. I paid $50 on Nov1st to exchange 6 pair of shoes. USPS indicated the shoes were delivered on Nov 3rd. After many calls and unanswered emails my replacement shoes were JUST mailed today (6 days later) and expected to be delivered Friday (we will see). In addition, they wont give me a first and last name for a supervisor to address my concerns. Attempting to get a refund on the shipping cost I personally incurred. Been on hold for 15min now waiting for a supervidor. Will update this review when or if its resolved.

Please save yourself the trouble. The customer service is terrible. They will definitely screen your calls if they don’t want to talk to you.And if you get Jona as a rep, just go ahead and cancel the order altogether.

Absolutely terrible. I have been hung up on every time I call to check on my return order. I had to return several items that didn’t fit over a month ago. We have paid in full. No one will get back with me on where these return orders are. When I did talk to someone finally, they said I owed them 1500$ since I had to send items back??? Then proceeded to hang up on me after that.

They had terrible customer service! The order was said to come 2 weeks ago and is still not here. Did not contact until today saying that only half of the order is being shipped, and the uniforms aren’t even in it!

They confirm your order then after a week send you an email saying they can't fulfill it, but if you want to pay double the price they can send you a different shoe. Shady business and terrible customer service!
