“I was in dire need of tires after doing a brake job recently. So I called all the places in town and discount tire had the best selection for a 14 inch tire and even had better prices as well. So I stopped in to place an order as most places don't stock 14's. I dealt with two gentlemen who did a great job taking care of me. Told me 2-3 days and we will have your tires in. No lie, very next day 11am I got the call my tires were in. So after work I stopped in and they proceeded to install the new tires only to find out they had 15s not 14s. Long story short when I went back the very next day, they had the 14s as promised, and even made it right before sending me on my way. Keith the store manager is very courteous and professional. So is his well trained staff. Plenty of hands in the garage getting work done. They teamed up to get me back on the road. I was bitter about having to stop in twice but like I said they made me smile when I seen the new treads and whitewalls! “I just found out that Tireman was sold to Belle Tire 1 year ago as I was having another one of our vehicles serviced today. I now know for sure that I am an old man because because memories of other old men I knew from years past would quietly review how certain businesses operated with integrity, but as the years rolled on for one reason or another, the business died or was passed on to the competitor. The front desk team was so professional, not one time when there was an issue did they have to run to the owner asking permission to make things right. All this means is that this owner was on top of things, and made sure the individuals knew that Tireman was to treat their customers fairly.
