“5/5.Always a good experience, especially if Jerimy, Keith, or Cathryn are working.They always have what I need when I need it. The wide aisles are super helpful since I use mobility aids.I always look forward to my trip to Ollie's...even though I can't spend my only source of income due to regulations, but that's on corporate and the government, not this store.Definitely recommend, but always remember to treat retail staff as good as you possibly can. Retail is hell and a kind customer makes a world of difference. ”

“Every time I shop here, people are so friendly and so willing to help! They must realize as I do that kindness is free! It don't cost a thing to be nice to people! You never know what someone's going through in their lives, and just a friendly smile or a "how is your day today" goes a long ways!! And you get that here at Five Below in Monroe Michigan. Especially Tracy and Koby they are just wonderful! Kobe is a young person with the most beautiful smile and his kindness just radiates from him! Tracy is the same way, she is always willing to help and offer a smile, I never come in here without her warm greeting & big smile. That's why I prefer to come here over Hobby Lobby or Walmart any day!They may not have as much as the big companies for crafting, but they sure have personality and I'll take that any day! Thank you, Kobe and Tracy, your kindness and friendliness does not go unnoticed and because of you both, I had a better night tonight then it started out!”

“I just received EXCELLENT SERVICE! I spent $115 dollars in the store and I wonderful person that worked there carried my stuff out as I have a hard time walking sometimes. I left a $5 on the counter and said please get yourself each a drink for your help, they said no but I left it anyway. EXCELLENT TEAM and the store looked awesome!”
“I didn't actually shop the store. Only went to pick up a furniture item they held for me. The store is very large, and when I made that comment to the salesman, he said it is the biggest store in the region. I wish I would have had more time to shop it but then again my wallet might not have been as happy as I likely would have been! The staff I encountered was very pleasant and extremely helpful!!”

“Clean, good prices and nice staff. Nice to have a store in a rural area that does not over charge because they know you will pay extra to save a longer trip. All kinds of merchandise and I prefer several of their store brands to name brand. Best thing to happen to the Maybee area in a really long time.”
