“I have a storage unit at Prairieview Storage for 5yrs now.
I especially like this storage facility because:
#1. On Site Staff
Prairieview's office is open Monday thru Fridays, unlike other storage facilities...and the staff is always very helpful. It's nice to have ACTUAL PEOPLE there, on site, to answer questions, take phone calls, take payments & assist you.
#2. Security
There is a card reader that renters must use to be able to enter the storage facility, providing additional security.
The facility is fully fenced in, convenient, and has exterior lights on the buildings.
#3. The location....
Prairieview Storage is located on CR 652 (the main road btwn.Red Arrow Hwy & the Village of Mattawan) so it's very convenient.

“I bought a used Moomba off them this past spring. The transaction went smoothly and Kyle was responsive. During negotiations I indicated I wanted a turn key boat for the season and it did just that so I'm leaving this review. We discovered a few things along the way as you do with any used boat. “Amazed at how easy and simple it was to get a storage unit through them. Although I didn’t see a single employee, the gates are passcode protected with plenty of cameras throughout the facility. I didn’t opt for their locks but to my surprise, there was one already on (combination) and one (keyed) inside the unit. This definitely elevated my experience.”
“Just moved in and we are extremely pleased. Clean space with individualized secure gate and security lights/cameras all around. They even price matched a local competitor. I really searched hard for the best place. We had a terrible time with Public Storage after being with them since 2016! (Warning they will price gouge you the longer you stay with them to outrageous prices) I explained my worries after the last storage facility debacle to Tash from the office. She really set my mind at ease tho. Family owned and operated. Happy to make the switch!”

“Great storage spaces at a decent price. Can be a bit difficult to see from the road while driving so keep an eye out. Its behind Tapper off of Red Arrow Highway.”
