My daughter locked herself in the car and the tow truck driver got here fast and opened the door even faster. He didn’t charge anything and was very friendly. I will always use Robs for anything towing related from now on.

I towed my car to this establishment to get a quote and repair. Was told I’d get a call back after they check it out. Weeks later of one sided calls; I had to make another call…. Finally I get answers just to meet another dead end with no actions of truly wanting to start any actions. I asked when I can pay it and was told, “only can pay after the car is done” yet the assistance I received didn’t sound sure about any of it as if I were not going to pay. The quote for the repair wasn’t an issue. She for sure wasn’t up for repairing my car as if it was here doing it. Wasn’t really helpful at all in my situation knowing I took it there knowing there’s a price……. Just needed action. I for sure will not be back unless they fix my car and not pass judgement.

Great staff, great service! Originally had gone elsewhere and was quoted $3,000 to fix my car. Took it to Robs & didn’t pay anywhere near that! They found the actual issue, explained it to me and then worked with my schedule to get it fixed quick! I will only bring my car here from now on.

Cannot say enough about how professional, empathetic, speedy, and caring RICH, the tow truck driver, was during one of the most traumatic moments of my life. ROB’S TIRE & AUTO CARE SERVICE out of Mattawan MI was at my accident scene on I 94 East Tuesday 3/5/2024 before I was even off the phone with my insurance agency. He talked directly with my agent to find out exactly where to tow the car. RICH “praised me” for not having gotten out of the car at the accident scene…. too many people die unnecessarily because they get out of the car and into the path of speeding cars who aren’t paying attention at all. He told me that the first thing he wanted to do was get me safely out of and around my car, and into the tow truck. He took my hand, told me not to examine the car damage now (that there would be plenty of time for that once we got to the body shop.) I’m 75 years old and 4’10” tall…. He told me that he “treated me like he would want someone to treat his mother.” He lifted me up in order to get me into the tow truck! I was very emotional and he was extremely calm trying to get me to calm down. When we arrived at the body shop he insisted that I not try to get out until he could get out and around the truck to help me, and took me by the arm/hand into the body shop. Rich then drove the tow truck around the back of the shop, unloaded my car, and then drove back to the front entrance to make sure that I had everything I needed from the car, and that I felt like I was ok to proceed with all the paperwork before he left….. And did I need ANYTHING ELSE. I was so impressed with all that he did to make his part, and his company’s part, the most helpful possible. A horrifying experience for me was made tolerable by RICH’S caring and professionalism. ROB’S TIRE AND AUTO CARE SERVICES is lucky to have such an employee, and I would HIGHLY recommend this business for whatever tire and/or auto service you might need!!

Called for a tow. They were prompt, careful not to damage car and considerate. Also put car on hoist to see if damage. I was impressed with them!!

Do not do business with this place. 5/17/23 I brought in my car for alignment as I was putting new tires. They said that I needed to also change the ball joints in the front but I’ve never had issues with the front alignment so I asked to please just do the rear as my back right tire was being worn on the inside. The left rear was never an issue. On 1/05/24 I had my tires changed out at a different location for snow tires and was told my alignment was completely gone on the rear of my vehicle (picture included). When I called them and let them know about the issue, they said that because of the reads in Michigan we have to get an alignment more frequently. Our vehicle is used for traveling and has only had that rear right wheel come out of alignment once. Never had any serious issues with alignment until we brought it to this location. We included pictures so you can judge for yourself. Horrible these tires are 8 months old.
