A shop with people that know their stuff. I so enjoyed the experience of being able to shoot the bows and ask questions of a knowledgeable person. This is in stark contrast to the big hunting shops that don’t specialize in archery.

Great guys to deal with! My first trip in to see them to reset my V3 string. First ever derail in 36 years of shooting. I was embarrassed, but no judgement from these pros. Kind, understanding and fixed me up and inspected everything. New customer for sure, as my previous shop seems to have gone way down hill. Thanks again guys!

Purchased my first compound there for my daughter and I. Great service even though they were busy they took the time to fully set up our bows and made sure we were taken care of.

Very knowledgeable staff. A good selection of higher quality archery equipment. They spent 45 minutes to an hour with me on the range with a new crossbow to make sure that I completely understood exactly how it functions to make sure that I was comfortable. Highly recommend this business for any archery needs.

I came into Kruizengas hoping to find a bow that fit the bill for shooter experience and performance. Mark spent time selecting bows based on my needs and made my decision difficult. He brought 3 perfect bows from different brands that I had to choose from! After he let me spend 2 hours shooting these 3 amazing bows I finally fell on won that made it work for me. After choosing the bow, he swapped everything over and made sure everything lined up to my liking. There were other customers but he made sure he took care of his customers based one the time they came in and never left me hanging once. This isn’t my first time working with this outfit, but it will be my last working with others!

Frankly, there aren’t enough words in the English dictionary to describe what a great crew Kruizenga has at the shop. Their equipment and customer service is world class. If you live in SW Michigan and you’re into archery this is the ONLY place to shop!

Glad I stopped in. I'm definitely no pro when it comes to archery and was even a little reluctant to stop into a pro shop not knowing what I was talking about. The guys were friendly and helped me make a decision that didn't break the bank. They took the time to make adjustments and let me shoot a few arrows at the shop. Very happy with my experience.
