So incredibly sad that this pharmacy has gone so far down hill. I used to LOVE going to Wares. Was it the cheapest, no, but the service was always amazing under the leadership of Steve Ware.Now, under new management, I have made the unfortunate decision to no longer go there. There have been too many prescriptions that they refuse to fill because they claim they lose too much money on them. One prescription for my infant son they denied to even attempt to fill or ask for a verification from my pediatrician because they said it was too expensive. I understand being a small business owner, but to deny your customers even an explanation and telling them, “Oh, just go to Meijer?!? That’s frustrating. I hope they can get things turned around.

I've been patronizing Ware's for 19 years. It's a nice little local pharmacy located on a corner of downtown Mason Michigan. I have all of my prescriptions sent there. Is it the least expensive? I don't know and I don't care. I go there because It is small, local and gives great service. They know me and I know them. I feel by giving them my business, I'm doing my part sticking it to the large chain pharmacies. Am I sacrificing a few things like price and convenience? Maybe, but in the long run I make it up in value gained through service and the relationship built up with the business. BTW it isn't just a pharmacy, it also is a boutique. It sells cute seasonal items that my wife goes crazy over. We have a lot of Christmas decorations in our house that came from Ware's. In case you haven't figured it out, Ware's gets my highest recommendation.

This is my favorite pharmacy here in Mason, they really are fast. The owner won me over when I was picking up some OTC items while I was waiting for a script, where she told me that I could get an item cheaper at another store in town. They really look out for the customers, it makes me pretty loyal to them.

Always have had good experience with Ware's Pharmacy. I think there was one time that they didn't have what I needed, but it was there the next day. Very professional, polite and easy to talk to.

I had several issues with the corporate pharmacy I used to use. It was suggested that I try Ware’s. I could not be more impressed with their professionalism and positive attitudes! They are problem solvers and they get things done quickly! They’ve got my business and my family’s for life! Great people, great service!

My family and I love Ware’s! I grew up in Mason and loved that everyone knew us when we came in. Fast forward to a few (ok, a lot) of years later, I moved back and appreciate it all the more. They are truly willing to go the extra mile to serve their customers and provide quality service. As a local physician, I absolutely love sending my patients to Ware’s and recommend them regularly. I know that patients will get their prescriptions and receive them quickly, have any additional questions answered, and receive customer service that is above and beyond. Thank you for serving your community and taking such great care of my family!

I brought my daughter in with me to pick up “mommas medicine.” She insisted on wearing her sunglasses, so we did, inside the store ??♀️ we walk up to the counter and as I’m getting my script my daughter notices the display of stress balls and kept asking for it. The tech handed it to her and she was having a blast. We tried to switch it out with my medicine for her to carry to the checkout but she wasn’t having it. As we were trying to walk away, the pharmacist told the techs she could have it. Though she had her sunglasses on and you couldn’t see, she lit up with excitement. Thank you so much for making my daughters night. Just another reason I love this place.

Made sure my medicare part-D had them as primary site. They know what they are doing & are nice.They fill a prescription promptly & have tons of stuff to look at. Love to shop there for so many other things (cards, candy, gifts, holiday decorations, jewelry & home decorations). Thank you.
