I used upack(ABf) for a cross country move. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire experience. It’s really easy to make a free reservation online. If you’re not comfortable providing your cc information online, they are happy to take over the phone. They don’t charge you until your stuff is loaded and on its way to its final destination. Just aside note, we used a third party moving service to move our stuff into the trailer and another group to unload it on the other end. My experience was great, our stuff arrived like a week early. Everyone that so spoke to was very nice and professional!

We had an amazing experience with U Pack! We moved from Colorado to Michigan around the time that bad weather swept our country in January. Our load was able to get ahead of the weather and held in a location until it was safe to get it to us and that was just a couple days after we moved in.We had plenty of time to load our 27ft or 28ft trailer and unload it. I would recommend getting a small trailer to pull behind your vehicle if possible like we did. That way you have some necessities for the couple days in between sending your things off and getting them back. I would highly recommend using U Pack. They are very friendly and helpful and they work well with your schedule, you can even track your shipment and stay up to date with everything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A+++ I would 100% use them again. Professional, on time, dependable. Saved me from driving a Uhaul across the country in bad weather and traffic. Their drivers back the trailers like pros and assisted me with the locking wall. Great service.

It was very easy to reserve the U-Pack crate. The crate arrived on time and was placed in front of our garage for easy loading. It was picked up on time, and arrived to its destination (to Alaska, in January) exactly on time. Everything was in perfect condition and totally dry, so these crates are indeed weather-proof and obviously moved and transferred with care. Yes, I was nervous about sending these items thousands of miles away...but fear not. Would highly recommend!

This was our second move with unpack and both times it's been a very positive experience. There was a small hiccup on day of delivering the pods but the customer service personnel excellent in getting the issue resolved. We called to get them picked up after unloading an 2 hours later they were here to pick them up. Every single person we spoke with from getting the quote to finalizing our move was pleasant and helpful. This is the only company I will call when moving.

U-Pack was the most cost-effective option for our move from Michigan to NC. From placing our order through receiving our belongings at the new residence, communications, service, transport, storage, and billing all went smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was kind and helpful.

Had a bad experience with movers so thought of trying something else, then i came across UPACK. i moved from florida to michigan using 1 relocube. everything from booking till delivery went smooth without a small hickup.. Awesome job done

My son moved from Michigan to Florida. I didn't know how to get his stuff to him. I had never used a Upack before. I am so pleased! They dropped it off on time. People were organized, friendly, responsive. The videos of how to pack were helpful. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. I can't say enough how great of a moving service this is for apartment moves. I would use them again!

Highly recommended. Used U-Pack to move family across country and was dreading driving ourselves. Prices are very competitive, with no hidden charges. Moving Pods showed up right on time and couldn't believe how fast they kept marching along to Texas. Dashboard updated us when the pods were moving to the next terminal all the way to the end destination. We decided to unload the pods at the terminal, since it was closer to the senior apartments vs. taking delivery to our house and having to trailer items twice as far (didn't know if senior apartments would of let us drop the pods at the apartment). Terminal personnel on the receiving side were very helpful, too!

I would recommend U-PACK to everyone during their move. We moved from Michigan to Missouri and were able to get our cube picked up and delivered within 6 days, even during the holiday break. The staff was nothing but helpful from the very beginning and the communication about drop off times was exceptional.
