“Nice family run business. Came in on a cold Sunday for the automated car wash. When I got there, they said it was closed.Because they had time, they washed my car anyway. Not many businesses go out of their way for you anymore. Don’t expect this every time, but it was nice of them to do.”

Among them, this particular location stands out for its exceptional customer service. If prioritizing customer satisfaction is important to you, this U-Haul store is definitely one of the best choices.On one occasion, I encountered a mishap while using one of their rentals for a long-distance move. Although the issue was due to equipment failure, I appreciate that they acknowledged the inconvenience caused and compensated me for the lost time. It's understandable that when dealing with heavily-used equipment, occasional failures can occur. Thankfully, neither my family nor I experienced any harm. Nevertheless, this store took the initiative to reach out and assist me once my move was completed.”
“I came in early on a Tuesday to get a tow hitch wiring replaced expecting to be pushed back a couple days. The team was able to get me taking in right away and I was well taken care of. This is definitely the place to go in Lansing if you need a tow hitch put on. Well done team U-Haul.”
