Our girl Xena had a mass removed and my husband and I cannot express enough how much we felt cared for and how much they cared for Xena! They communicated well, were very confident, and made sure our pup was taken care of! We live on the other side of Lansing but would choose Patterson over and over.

Everyone had great rapport with my shy lab mix! Took time so she was comfortable, they also explained options and took time to address my concerns. They were also very clear about the costs throughout the appointment—there were no surprises on the bill.

All the staff is always very friendly, helpful, accommodating, thoughtful, kind, & hard working. There were other staff members that popped in during our visit to see if our vet tech needed any assistance with immunizations. It was so nice to see such great teamwork! Everyone always seems to go above & beyond to make sure it’s a positive experience for the animals & their humans :) You can feel that they genuinely care.

Dr. Jason and his staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and honest. I've had 22 years of experience with Patterson and highly recommend them to family and friends. I truly believe this is the best veterinarian in the Greater Lansing area.

Just like everything else costs have risen. Very Happy with the care our baby received. He’s a 160# Rottie baby (literally) he LOVES Dr Gretchen she even came down to him on the ground so he wouldn’t jump around excitedly.? Thank You!!

Horrible experience! Do not take your pet here! The invoices are confusing. They take your deposit and don't apply it correctly. Has gone downhill terribly since Dr. Patterson sold it. Dr. T is deplorable! They are charlatan's. I would give them a minus 5 if I could!
