I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing service and friendly staff at Parsons! I recently bought a newer vehicle and they were so nice about taking a look at it and finding the issue. It ended up being a simple fix but they made the process so convenient!

We had an issue come up with our tire, pulled in and out within 5 minutes and tire was fixed. These guys are awesome and know what they are doing. If you need tire help while in town this is the place to go.

Friendly, small town style service! I loved how welcoming they were here. I had a low tire and they got me squared away quickly and didn't try to rip me off! If I lived closer, they would be a great go-to repair shop for me!

They were super friendly and helpful. They were very understanding when my engine seized up and I was without a vehicle, which complicated moving it away from their lot.

Clayton and Kyle are trustworthy and competent mechanics and I'm grateful to be able to rely on them for any issues that may arise with my car. They are responsive, kind, and accommodating when possible (they were able to make sure I could have my car back in time for a doctor's appt later that day). Clayton gave me honest feedback on my car's issues and did not pressure me to have unnecessary work done. As long as I live in Mason, I will be bringing and recommending business to Parsons.

You have Clayton and Kyle. 2 guys who have teamed up to get the job done. No worries when your vehicle is in for repair. Glad to see they use a lot of OE parts also.

Everyone here is super nice, I have no idea about cars but I never once felt like they looked down on me for that. They even stayed open a little late for me to pick up my car on a Friday evening. They made my warranty experience very easy.

I went to Parsons to get an estimate for a blown radiator. Scheduled the appointment and brought my vehicle in for it to be replaced. They were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them for any repair!!
