“First time visit: They seem to run a tight ship. I liked that I could hear them tell each other what step they were on in the oil change, what tools they were using and the name and part number of what was being installed. Quick service, cost a little more than I'm used to, but I have a high mileage vehicle that only takes full synthetic oil, so i cant really fault them for that. They even got me set up for a rebate and coupon. Everyone there was kind and helpful.”

“Our radiator gave out on a Friday afternoon drive from Detroit area to the west side of the state. I was standing at a coffee shop trying to think of what we could do.
I just randomly called Doc’s hoping they could at least work us in to top off the fluid and help us get home.
Thaer, Jon and Boyd went above and beyond. They disrupted their own schedules to help us out 2 hours before closing.
Just like that we were on our way back to our weekend getaway.
This shop doesn’t just do great work , provide a 3 YEAR WARRANTY (good at shops across the country) they are wonderful people.

Did your motor explode? Take your negativity and ignorance somewhere else to get your oil service next time. “Right before a big drive, needed an oil change and decided to give this place a shot. Much quicker than Valvoline, friendlier and overall just a better experience. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into buying anything I didn’t need, all the workers were nice and informative. Filled everything up, tires, washer fluid, even picked the leaves out from under my hood! Definitely choosing here next time as well! I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but Monday the 12th at around 10am, those guys need a raise and some recognition for their hard work!”

“I wanted to wait until I had a few experiences here to leave a review. I can confidently say that I have absolutely no complaints!! The first thing that drew me in to this location was the amount of women who were working here, something I haven’t seen much of since getting a car. As a woman, it always makes me feel more comfortable when there are other women around me, so I love that about this location!
I’ve come here for three services so far: a standard oil change, a transmission fluid flush and change and to have my tires rotated. There have been no issues, and I don’t expect there to be when I come back. They’re always quick and efficient and happy to answer any questions you may have. I also love that you can find coupons online to make the oil change service cheaper, which is great for those of us who are struggling to make ends meet already ?
I would highly recommend this place! Even when they were understaffed, they maintained excellent customer service. 5 out of 5 stars!!”
