Do yourself a favor and don’t apply here.Management is okay.Maintenance is always quick with requests inside the apartment,But the laundry facilities they have on site are ALWAYS down, error codes on multiple machines, FILTHY, mold ridden seals on the washers. Pictures speak for themselves. Building 200 is always a problem.Girl that lives on the third floor in 200, lets her dog just p*** all over the sidewalk and never cleans it up... SO if you do try to walk over to try and use the laundry, you're guaranteed to step in dog poo. It’s already an inconvenience to pay $874 a month for less than 600 sq ft apartment that have no amenities other than a dog park that no one picks up after the animals and then to have laundry facilities that are like this.Only Laundromat in town is $5 just to use the washer and unfortunately with the poor maintenance of this place, it forces you to have to use the Laundromat in town.

If you’re looking for an apartment to rent I STRONGLY encourage you to NEVER rent from DTN Green! I have had the most horrific experience in the world. As many of you know my mom passed away a few weeks ago… leaving me with a house to care for and a family pet. I made the decision to move into my parents home and take over the mortgage. There were multiple factors in this decision but a few main points were the fact that the mortgage was cheaper than my rent for a one bedroom apartment and I couldn’t have 2 cats and a dog at Mason Hills Apartments. I contacted my leasing office the week after my mom passed to see what my options were, I’d only been living here less than 2 months. I was told that I only had two options. I could move out of my apartment and have DTN find a new tenant, but I would have to pay for everyday that the apartment was empty OR I could find someone to sublease my apartment. Keep in mind during this whole conversation of explaining my situation not ONCE did anyone show any kind of sympathy or empathy to my tragic situation. I found someone to sublease shortly after that conversation and they filled out the application. After getting approved I tried multiple times to get in contact with the Mason Hills Apartments via phone but there number rang busy every time I called. I reached out to the leasing office via email to ask multiple questions. After days of back and forth this is what I’m left with. Even though I am moving out on the 17th of September I was still required to pay the full months rent, and even after my subleaser moves in I will not be getting the rent back. Also, I will not be getting my $900 security deposit back. Why? Oh because they will be giving my security deposit to the person who took over my lease once the lease term is over. I have no protection on my end or promise of getting my money. The leasing office told me if was my responsibility to ask the person who is subleasing my apartment for my money back even though they are completely taking over the lease. To DTN management, I hope you never find yourself in my position. And if you do I hope someone shows you some kind of empathy. You’re website states that your strive to create a sense of home at each of your communities, but to me this experience has been my own personal hell. It also states your management creates “a stress-free lifestyle and the opportunity to make connections” but personally this has been the most stressful point of my life. Losing my mom has been agony inducing and with the help of DTN it has been made unnecessarily worse.

You guys charges too much for those ridiculous, outdated650sqft units. I pay 770 for 900sqft with everything included. You guys lose more tenants than everyone's else. You either have to make some progress or be bankrupt due to those lack of interests in our necessities. You guys can do better, you make millions of dollars off those properties so JUST MAKE SOME CHANGES

For the past 3 years, Mason Hills has been my home, and I have enjoyed every minute of living there. The view from the little garden on the hill behind the complex is serene, and I've never heard more than a pleasant hello from my neighbors. Maintenance is quick, thorough, and available for emergencies. The night manager always answers the phone, and is very willing to help, even at 3am one time when I had lost my keys. If you have any questions regarding available apartments, you should stop by the leasing office and chat the lovely leasing agent Sara Hackett. She is pleasant and upbeat, and I knew from the first time I spoke with her that living here at Mason Hills was going to be amazing :)
