I’m from out of town and recently visited the fifth third bank in mason, overall great experience, Austin was a lot of help and I’m really satisfied with everything. I would definitely recommend.

The customer service, particularly by Julie and Courtney is exceptional. They greet me by name and are friendly yet very professional. I would highly recommend the Mason branch of 5/3 based solely on these 2 employees alone. They are excellent at their jobs.

I have visited this branch twice and have received excellent service from the staff. The people that I worked with were both kind and knowledgeable. Both visits were great experiences.

Have been with this bank for years and have been well pleased. Between mortgage, checking, savings, etc, we wouldn't go anywhere else. I just added a business account, and again it was quick and painless. Great people at this branch who always know me and make me feel valued as a customer.

Won't ever do business with this branch or 5/3 as a whole after dealing with them. We asked them to be removed from their solicitation phone calls which they refused to do. Like clockwork we'd get solicitation calls from the local Mason branch even though it was noted in the file that we didn't want to get them. Then they started adding all these fees to their banking. So since the other 6 local banks didn't have fees we figured it was time to switch. No more annoying calls no more fees all over the place. This branch couldn't even close out our account properly. 10 days after we closed the account 5/3 hit us with a fee for being under their limit (of course the account is at $0. because we CLOSED it) and we had to argue with them over that. They seem to be a combination of dishonest and incompetent. I'm glad we moved our money elsewhere.
