WONDERFUL experience with Commercial Bank!! Each of my contacts at Commercial Bank use patience and willingness to provide guidance during this evolving process. From the onset and with a positive initial meeting, Jacky provided a detailed explanation of the offerings and process. Timing was forecasted for (only) 60 days, all was completed on time to meet the closing date. Nice! Once the transaction was completed, Trisha and Amanda have been equally as supportive with the essential banking requirements. Working with Kathy Baker at Commercial Bank in Mason on a refinance was smooth sailing. Kathy was EXTREMELY helpful . She answered questions in a manner they we could understand. Always the professional, considerate representative of Commercial Bank. Commercial Bank should be proud to have such an employee working with them. Kathy Baker at Commercial Bank cares about her customers and I have received nothing but stellar service from her. She has helped me over several years with many different things and she is always kind, welcoming and concise with her knowledge and information. She returns phone calls quickly and is always available to lend her ear or help guide me with questions or issues I may have. She has never once made me feel like she didn't have time for me or seem like she was in a rush to get to her next task. She is truly someone I can count on with my financial needs and helps guide me in the right direction.I have received some wonderful customer service over the years and some bad, but Kathy is my number one, heads and tails above all the rest. I weighed out wether or not I would post this review. I called to inquire if there are any holds on any businesses.....I was asked which one .....PlayStation/Sony to be specific. She replied that in fact they no longer allow transactions through PlayStation/Sony. This is not my issue, however my issue is with the person who I spoke with. I explained that I would probably be closing my account due to this fact......the reply I received was “ well that's sad that you would close your account because of PlayStation!†So at what point does a teller become a financial advisor? If I'm not mistaken, it is in fact my money and I will do with it what I choose to! Maybe you should inform your staff that they are not to make judgment about people's finance, and just do their job.

I had a very good experience working with Debbie in commercial lending. She consistently went above and beyond the line of duty (to the point of returning a phone call when she was home sick!) It was clear that her interest was taking care of my needs rather than meeting a certain sales quota.

I was very happy with Mason State Bank and was a member for 25 plus years. Commercial took over recently and it has been nothing but a headache. My debit card was breached, called the bank and apparently only one person could handle processing a new card and she was on vacation for the week. Called the following Monday and she called in sick. Hard to go without a debit card! I was told to just take enough cash out to get me through. Recently, tried to knock out my Christmas shopping online and the $500 limit per day put a crunch on that. I called to see if that could be lifted while I shopped and was told "no" . But my limit to purchase via debit was triple that. Does any online company take debit? No. Nowhere to enter a pin #. Weighing the options between switching to msufcu or dart.

Online banking for bill pay was messed up during transition. Some bill pay was cancelled and they didn't know why. Customer service for their online support is a joke and very rude.
