Edit as of July 2022. I have removed my 5 star rating and changed it to 3 stars because the Bluetooth for phone calls only connects to one aid when they are first turned on. You have to go to settings and disconnect and reconnect the aids to get them both to have phone call or streaming sound. Should I live long enough to need a new set of hearing aids in the future I will not be getting Beltone. The below review was posted when I first got my last set of hearing aids. So buyer be-ware.I have had my Beltone Promise 17 hearing aids for eight years now. In that time I had the pleasure of visiting several Beltone offices both in and out of Michigan. While I have found two offices in the past to be great, today I went to the office in Mason, Mi for the first time. I found the Customer Service was superb and far exceeded my expectations. It was the first Beltone office that I have been to in the last four years that I felt no pressure to upgrade and buy a new pair of hearing aids. Although my hearing test revealed that I indeed have a greater hearing deficiency now and that I really do need new hearing aids, I did not order them today. Instead Susan Waite had no problem calibrating my old hearing aids which helped some. I will be getting new hearing aids in the very near future and I will gladly make the trip to Mason, Mi to order them from Susan Waite. I have written many reviews in the past but this one is the hardest because I cannot find words kind enough to express my gratitude to Susan Waite and her staff for the unexpected great service I received. While I live some distance from this office I will gladly be making this trip in the future. What a fabulous experience I had. Beltone should be beholden to this office for the great service they offer to not only the customers but for the Beltone company and name.

Went to Beltone today to have my hearing exam the person who did the exam her name was Sheila she was very polite very informative and definitely cared about what she was doing and about the conditions and problems that I was experiencing with my hearing after the exam I found out just how bad my hearing is and what I need to do to address it and they gave me some options and I will be addressing them in the very near future found that Beltone it's a pretty good place to go to have your hearing checked and to get great information on what you do or do not need for hearing concerns
