Working here really sucks. Corporate doesn't care about you at all and they are so stingy with their money. I worked there for a year and was an amazing employee (as said by multiple bosses) and guess what? you only get one raise a year, that you cannot negotiate. My raise was 70 cents, which only put me at exactly what NEW HIRES are making!! Ridiculous. They also pay men more to do the same job. I also had an injury and still had to lift heavy.
