I’ve been a customer of this place for the last few years. I’ve always had no reservations paying the $150 for an oil change for my Ram 1500. Only to look under my truck today to find they haven’t changed my oil filter for the two oil changes…? At this point I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their quality of work. I won’t be going back there and I advise all others; if you must go here - please confirm they’re doing the work and supplying the components you’re being charged for.

Been a customer for 15 years, always used mobile one products. Disappointed to find out today you no longer carry the filters. I will be taking my truck and wife's suv somewhere that does.

Last time I went here everytime I said "No" to a service it was an automatic "yes" to them even though they heard me several times and purposely started to do it anyway until I put my foot down. They will take advantage of you. I never had such a hard time getting a simple oil change. They'll also try to give you synthetic oil, ring you up without asking which one you wanted to begin with and then get pissy when they have to void it out. Even though I didn't have synthetic in there to begin with.Edit in response to owner:You guys do press your services. I litterally told the guy at my window "No, just an oil change" when he asked if I wanted full service and they started doing it anyway until I stopped them and said I didn't want that. Then, asked me if I wanted my coolant filled, which again, I firmly said "No" and they go "fill it!?" Like they were pressuring me. Maybe you should check back with your employees and listen to the bad reviews?Also, if you guys sell 2 oil types, that's fine but to automatically ring up the customer for the most expensive one then get pissy when I say that I want regular then that's not good service. Mind you this is before they even do the job. Why assume a car that didn't have it to begin with would want synthetic? Or not ask the customer their preference?
