“Absolutely amazing people, they have fixed multiple phone screens for me, quick and great communication I absolutely love coming here to get any of my phones fixed. A different store in the mall replaced my husbands cracked back screen witch messed the phone up pretty bad we had no idea what was wrong we thought the damage done by the other company had completely destroyed the phone, but we called cell city the next day and brought the phone to them and they figured out the problem witch was the other company did not connect the battery properly so when we did the update and it shut down the battery could not power enough to turn it back on and that is why we could not get it to turn on all of a sudden, and a bunch of glue and dirt was all over the motherboard Cell city cleaned it all up and phone is back to being perfect :D”

While waiting for my turn, I also got to observe Blair assist a senior (aged 90) with his new phone, and he was so patient and spoke clearly for him to follow along. I also got one-time discounts at Cell City as a new Telus customer for a charging block, case, and screen protector purchase. I was impressed with the service I received and saw from Telus, and I think I will be in good hands moving forward.”
