Donny you rock, but one person cannot save a store, and every time I have gone in there, there has been a problem. There is a huge employee turnover in this branch, and that should tell you something right there. Too many people who don't know what thier doing catering to customes with thier own personal stories of shared grief.

Disappointed went in to pay my bill and was ignored. I understand there were 2 people ahead if me but I was never greeted orr 10 minutes. Walked out and went to 24th street. They are always nice and accomodating.

the two women that served us were very back-handedly rude to us and the guy next to us .last time i was there we had this really nice guy. but this time was diffrent. Dont think ill be coming back

Most times, you walk in and there is only one customer service person working....often, they're new, and don't even know what they're doing! Other times, there's someone knowledgeable. During the time that Marysville and other T-Mobile towers were down, (and still not fixed, and still not willing to refund almost 2 weeks of no service!) They had one new girl working alone, trying to cope with lots of angry customers! I really loved Metro PCS/T-Mobile for the first 5 months that I had it. Yet, I noticed that everytime I had to go in for help with my phone...they charge me! Then the merge with Sprint came about, and it's been all downhill. I am hoping that when it's all done and over with, I get decent service again...or I'll be shopping for a better provider.
