I was not happy with it when it arrived and got no help in store. However, after speaking to an agent, she was able to offer a return with a 25 percent restocking fee which I think is fair. What is not fair is the lack of notice of their all sales final policy both in store and online. But all in all, I'm very satisfied with the outcome”

“Me and my fiancé went shopping for a sectional and some barstool chairs since we bought a house recently… Mike helped us out and showed us every single couch in the place almost and we came out very happy with our experience and product! Mike is a solid honest dude unlike most people trying to sell consumers products, so I respect that a ton! I would recommend anyone else to come here… affordable prices as well. The sectionals range anywhere from 1000 to 3-4 grand is what I saw. The one we selected is definitely pretty big and was 1900 total which is a solid price in my opinion. If I remember in the future I’ll update my review with the longevity of the product?”

“Really kind staff, from start to delivery. I dealt with Alex at the Sarnia location, he was incredibly kind and patient as I tried nearly every bed there. He was super informative, making an assessment based on how I sleep, the mattress we currently had and the things I didn’t love about it. I did not feel over sold, although I did navigate to a more expensive pillow top option that just felt best for my needs. He provided a variety of price point options and at no point did I feel like I was being “sold” I felt like he really wanted to help me find the bed that would be most comfortable and last! We previously purchased a Barrymore Kingsdown from Sleep Country over 10 years ago, aside from the pillow top sinking slightly in over 10 years it was a great mattress. As soon as I sat on the Kingsdown Duet Innbrook, I knew it was the one. Love the pillow top, and solid support of the matress. The delivery guys were very kind, and efficient. In another decade I’ll be back.”

She asked how she can help and a gentleman overheard and he lead me over to the HP toner . He didn’t just walk away, he explained to me that there were two options . He proceeded to calculate the cost per page so I could make a informed decision on my purchase. Sure I could have done this myself, however this gentleman knows how to deliver customer service and knows how very important it is.
