Worst ATM I've ever used, on multiple occasions, it didn't take my money deposit. Also closed on Wednesday? Epstein used chase bank.. makes sense.

If you want to wait forever, this is the place for you. Went to the drive thru to cash a Christmas check and the teller came on and said "be with you in a minute, I have a customer inside". What is the point of a drive thru if it is not going to expedite service? I would have left if I wouldn't have already tubed the check, my ID and bank card. Next time I will deposit via app and withdraw funds via ATM. Or possibly change banks, chase customer service has declined lately

I've been a loyal Chase customer for a number of years. Recently I visited this branch and overheard the tellers discussing a chase customer. Their conversation about the customer discussed personal and private details about the customer including the individuals last name and information about their last transaction at the bank. They also talked about personal circumstances in the customers life.Due to this incident I will be leaving Chase bank entirely and moving my accounts. I would never want my personal information discussed in the open.

My family has used Chase bank for many years. We are very satisfied with their staff and services. They keep a close eye on potential fraud issues and are quick to notify us of any suspicious activity. They keep us posted on best credit card rates.

I have had nothing but great service since I became a member. The staff is always really friendly and go out of their way to provide great service. As far as the products they offer I would say they are doing better than the competition in almost every area. I was able to open a specific type of account that met my needs exactly and after I was established was able to add features to meet the rest of my financial needs. I have been a member at several different branches in the area and I would say this is by far the best bank I have been a member of.

Had issues with a credit card statement. No help at all with the 1-800 number on the card. Figured id go into the bank and see if i can get help with a banker. Only to be told to call the 1-800 number on the back of the card. They push these cards at the bank but won't help you with them. They gladly take your money but could care less to help you. Closing my accounts based on the customer service at the Marysville location. That was the last straw.

The branch manager completely discriminated against a family member of mine I'm filing a formal complaint. They say that their customer service and that they'll help you but how is that possible when they look at you and accuse you of actually coming into the bank trying to cash a fake check from a business issued from their own company JP mortgage. Customer service was awful when I called to speak to the branch manager the ladies plural two different ladies refuse to give their names and said that the branch manager would call me back when my sister was already there and still there waiting to be dealt with you don't call people back and take other people in front of somebody that is there to be helped when they were there first

Have been banking with Chase over 20 years. All associates from greeting to loans friendly. Give you info on changes or new options offered by them. They will spend as much time as you need learning to navigate online with your accounts or and new accounts you may want.

I have had some issues with them since opening years ago, had to go in a few times to get things straightened out. I don't think you should have to keep such a high amount in an account to not be charged a fee for an account. I won't get a savings account for that reason its ridiculous their fees I guess people need to be rich to keep savings with them. So when they send me those offers I ignore it no thanks 15,000 minimum is a bit much! But most of the people there are friendly I must say when I go in I have only had one that was not friendly I do appreciate that.
