I would never recommend this bank for countless reasons, but first and foremost being that they transferred my funds, without my knowledge or consent, into an account that charged $7/month. Then, once the funds were exhausted, they closed my account, again, without my consent or knowledge. When I went to withdraw my funds, they informed me of this happening. I was confused and frustrated, and the lack of professionalism was astounding. The manager I spoke with was very unprofessional, and lacked any empathy or understanding for the frustration a customer may experience knowing their money was stolen by their bank. I was told she would follow up with another branch, she waited until the end of the call and I missed her call and returned it with a voicemail, with no response, so I followed up. When calling back, she stated "there's nothing we can do, any questions?" I feel disrespected and manipulated, by a bank I trusted with my funds, and I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
