Lady unfortunately had her card declined for just a fountain drink, before I could offer to pay, the employee told the lady to just take it. Great act of kindness when some would’ve taken it back and dumped it out because “it’s policy”.

This morning I was greeted by the sweetest person ever, Paula! She was so kind, helpful and welcoming. Thank you Paula for making my morning a little warmer and for the Toffey coffee!

You guys need to really change the hours on the window. I usually go to you guys after a late night at work, couldn't this time because you guys close at 12 now? When it says 1 am on the window...pretty disappointed.
