All I can say is that since the new owners took over, we have been back several times. We love that the menu is the same as the one in Battle Creek.

The service was less than mediocre. The grinder my son had did not agree with him. Maybe it was just an off night, but we were not impressed with the Marshall location.

Ordered 2 Roast beef combos, for the road. Cost was about $3 more than previous ownership, 2022? But the sandwich is not what the name is. It's supposed to be a "roast beef" combo. There was more ham than anything else. Very little roast beef and even less turkey meat in it. It was as toasted as much as previous owners, but I liked it that way better. But because of the higher price and even amounts of meats. I won't order from there anymore.

We called in an order for sandwiches...food was so good. I just wish they would bring back the old Rollo's Stromboli with the good sausage. Those were the best.

They don't put tomatoe on the club sandwich. As a matter of fact you have to request tomato on any sandwich.

There was alot of moisture in the tin foil, making the bread & lettuce very soggy. The toppings weren't evenly distributed and bacon is bits, there was a lot of fat pieces. Never had these issues with the previous Mancinos.

As a Marshall native, this place was a staple growing up. I've only been once since the new owners took over, and I'll be hard-pressed to go back anytime soon. The food was mediocre at best. Service was fine and the atmosphere is still alright.

My most recent orders have had pizzas with cheese not covering the entire pizza and what is covering the pizza is very thin. The sauce is thinly applied as well. Topping’s are sparsely laid out. The pizzas just aren’t very flavorful. If you are looking for flavorful home style pizza, I would not recommend.

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs, paid for it and left a 2 dollar tip,got home, no meatballs, called and they said we didn't put meatballs in it,can we put them in? Already home,oh sorry

Nice place, Friendly people, just wish they had the menu items carried at EVERY other Mancinos (except Coldwater... Which has the same owners).Enjoyed my favorite at the Holland Mancinos two weeks ago, and now drive to the BC Mancinos routinely for it. I get it.... "Different owners".... But so is McDonald's, yet you still "expect" to be able to get a Big Mac and any of them.If your favorite is on this "limited menu" facility, I certainly recommend them. Unfortunately, mine is not. BBQ Pork.... It's really not just a special week in the fall thing here in Marshall. .. And what happened to placing a pickle wedge on the side?
