My lady and I were traveling to Michigan from Charlotte, NC in a white Honda SUV. In Marshall, we acquired a friendly screw in the tire on Sunday 11/12/23. As no tire shops are open on Sundays, this put us in a tough spot. Young fella 17-20 years old was extremely eager to help and assisted getting us back on the road. His help got us home safely to Charlotte. This. Is. What. A+. Service. Looks. Like.

I am from buffalo I was stuck in Marshall, Michigan. My car broke down and this people help me for everything they even gave me ride and made some phone call and made arrangements who can fix my car immediately. I am safely home now very helpful people thank you keep up the good work. I really appreciate a lot.God bless you

I called ahead and make sure they had the part I needed they did the only bad thing is they tried to upsell me a battery and I didn't need it so but then it was a good experience

Said they were open at 730am I waited till 740 then had to leave I don't like leaving bad reviews but the town of marshall disappoints me most days with their schedule of opening an closing.

Worst auto zone EVER! Was there just this morning at 7:30 when they supposedly are open but upon arrival at 7:30am the doors are locked and no one is in sight! Fire that manager!! thanks O’Reilly

I ordered a part online my way there to get itI lost my radiator cap today.. wrap he couldn't find my order... then he told me it was twice as much... I showed him my phone.. he's like that's a radiator cap.. I said yes thats what I need.. he tried to sell me a gas cap.... not happy...
