“I was on a trip from North Dakota and had some vehicle issues. Service engine light came on the day before I was supposed to make the 1000 mile trip back to ND. DeNooyer in Marshall was the only GM dealer in the area that was able to get me in to see their diesel tech. I was born and raised here so I was no stranger to the dealership, but never had any service done. They are fantastic. They found the issue, had someone get the needed part from another dealership and got me back on the road within the day. Though my trip’s scheduling was slightly thrown for a loop, DeNooyer did a fantastic job getting the issue resolved for me when they could’ve had me wait…which would’ve been far more convenient for them, I’m sure. They went above and beyond, in my opinion, and I’m very grateful. Thank you all!”

“They was great, my lug nuts was bad and the guy came out and said that he wouldn't feel safe if I drove away from there without purchasing the lug nuts which they were only $6, I did not have the $6 so they did it for me anyways. Definitely a recommend these guys were very nice and helpful 100%.”

“I was a bit late on my oil change & didn’t want to wait for an appointment so we went though the Marshall Pennziol 10 minute oil change. We were impressed!!! They were fast, thorough and friendly. It was definitely worth paying a bit more, although they probably ended up saving me money with all the extra services they provided. They checked/filled my tires & fluids, gave me a punch card, suggest included services and even gave my dog treats?. They said that they are under new management & it shows. I will definitely be back. Our only complaint was that they didn’t have a tip jar?Service: Oil change”
