“I recently adopted a 9 year old Shih Tzu named Willy from UPAWS, and had been anxiously been awaiting our first vet visit together!!!

Dr. Emily and Ms. Annie were just wonderful, as was all of the gals at the front desk!!

I’m a note taker and had lots of questions, everyone was so very kind and patient.

Dr. Emily and Ms. Annie ***really took the time to answer my questions which was so important to me.

Willy is such a happy little guy and it warmed my heart that he felt so comfortable in their hands ?

I’m really looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks!!!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a veterinarian tell me not to bring in our cat so as to not stress him more and send prescriptions in without charging an arm and a leg. “Taken both of my dogs here for a few years and they’re GREAT. A few times I’ve told them I don’t have much to spend, and they’re always willing to do the most for my dogs even on a budget. I have a dog who’s very nervous and they are great with her. When a friend came to visit with her dog we unexpectedly had to put him down, their team was so helpful and went above and beyond with their service. They also make an effort to know me, which is nice! Super clean facility too. By far the best vet I’ve ever had!!!”
