  I must say that their customer service is exceptional, but the wait time within the store was frustrating with having an infant child but all in all I would recommend their services

  I went to the Spectrum store in Marquette and as soon as i walked through the door i was greeted by an Associate,not sure of his name,but i had a lot of questions as i am thinking about purchasing my very first iphone and he was patient as he answered all of them...thank you to whom ever helped me...i will be in to get... read full comment

  I have called and had to have my Wi-Fi reset multiple times. For the amount of money I am getting charged I should not have to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. Took about the six customer service person to finally tell me I have an issue which I figured I did and is sending somebody out to look it over.
