Jerry and the whole crew are extremely professional and courteous. Wally even gave me a ride back into town while they replaced my starter. The cost was actually lower than the Google average for the work. 10/10 Thanks guys!

These Guys at Southside are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in a time of need. I'm In town for O2S mountain bike race with oil pressure issues and they helped get me back on the trails FAST. Highly recommend. Thank you much.

Temperature gauge started showing overheating - I pulled aside and checked it out. Coolant was empty. Filled it up and then noticed the dripping from underneath and pooling on the ground.
Well dang, im on vacation 1500 miles from home in the frickin middle of nowhere (it seemed) with kids and dog. I called everyone around and in the nearby bigger towns and nobody had same day availability to diagnose the issue, let enough fix it.
These guys fit me and did great work!!! At a fair price. Was a cracked radiator. They replaced it with a new one.
Jerry and Marshall were delightful with a great attitude. Marshall did great work. Got me back on the road 4 hours later.

Wonderful place to go. They were very professional. Gave me a full brake down of the repairs before starting the work and the text message after with pictures was amazing firs time if had that anywhere. Would go back again and will tell friends.

Beware.
I dropped my car off and asked them to test my battery/alternator. They tried charging me $475 to put in a new battery and said my brakes/rotors needed replacing for another $900. This seemed way steep so I told them I’d do it myself. I was then charged $163 for the 1.7hrs of diagnostic work. I was not told about this fee beforehand and would have understood if the diagnostic fee was closer to $50… but $163 to tell me I had a bad battery and brakes is unlike anything I’ve ever heard of. Objectively speaking, I would not recommend this shop and won’t be bringing my car back to it.

We were camping in the UP, 8hr from home and our alternator went out. Our battery died and Jerry was THE ONLY one to hold an emergency spot for us in a 20mile radius of Marquette that same day (everywhere else wouldn't help us for over a week). He ordered the part and the mechanic Marshall got us in and out in no time and did thorough testing. Thanks to them we made it home and it was a great price!

I felt good about service for my mini cooper as Jerry said he took care of his daughter’s mini. They accommodated us in dropping the car off on our way to a distant concert and picking it up on our way home when they were closed. Very friendly trustworthy people.
