If i could give zero stars i would. Justin is your star employee. He is the horrible Safelite standard. He called to change our appointment time without any explanation. My wife reminded him twice that this was the time we chose. He then said "Jesus Christ I'm just trying to plan my day" and then blamed her for her attitude. Which she didn't have. Time was taken off of work and cars swapped around to deal with this. At no point was there any customer service, or even an explanation to why a delay would happen. Management completely failed in their training and obviously do not care what they are willingly letting loose into our community. This is what this company has turned into. Good job Justin.
7 hours later Amanda (iron Mt managment) called back to confirm that a new tech will be sent tomorrow but there is no escalation that is going to happen. The Marquette manager is too new and her boss says she's gonna handle it. She says there is no reason to escalate for an employee cussing at a customer. Amanda, you are now the worst employee.

I recently got my windshield replaced there. I'm thankful they are open on Saturday so that I don't have to take time off work for an appointment.

Excellent fixing window. Marquette is awesome. Unfortunately when I tried to call back about a question I had the Safelite computer system keeps saying to check the web site for an appointment or questions and hangs up. How does one ask a question if the automated system will not let one talk to someone?

The guys at Safelite were so kind and helpful! They called to confirm my appointment day before and got me in an hour earlier. They said it’d take about an hour and a half and sure enough 90 minutes later I have my car back with a very pretty brand new windshield! Made a stressful situation easy to fix and I appreciated their time and help. Scheduling and insurance coverage was super easy on their website too. Thanks guys!

Bad repair now they won’t communicate to resolve it. Went from a $200 repair to a $500 replacement at peninsula glass because they did bad work. Peninsula glass confirmed that they did not do it right or used products that were too old and have outlived their shelf life.Now that they did a bad repair it is no longer repairable. It was a simple dimple chip repair, now I have cloudy resin in it and it’s worse then it was when I went in, because they put the resin in the crack there is no way for someone to repair it, unfortunately this place turned out to be a very bad choice.I will be following up in small claims court, just trying to save the next guy from going through the same thingThese Photos are from after the repair. Horrible work!!

Did an improper repair, confirmed by peninsula glass. Now they don’t want to own up to it and just keep telling me”we didn’t charge you, what’s the issue” Anyone could see the issue is I could have went to peninsula glass and paid $200 for the repair to be done right, now that they did it wrong it is irreparable and my windshield must be replaced at a cost of $500… So the issue is I’m now out $500 when I should have only had a $200 repair bill. Save your money and go to the real professionals not here
