I have used this Riverside Honda dealer and service department since 2018. I purchased my Honda CRV here that year and had a great experience with it. For the first 3 years or so, I always had fair, timely, and efficient service for my vehicle. That has changed drastically the last few years. It takes a long time to get a vehicle scheduled for work, and then the amount of time it has taken for the relatively simple work I have had scheduled to be completed has been extremely long. I am currently sitting in the waiting room after waiting over 4 hours for a wheel bearing replacement. Not sure how much longer it will take. When I scheduled the appointment I told them it was a wheel bearing, and then while waiting I was told that I needed brakes too, and that they didn’t have the wheel bearing part in stock; they had to go get the parts. I said hold off on the brakes, because I didn’t want to wait that long today. Even with having to get the parts for the wheel bearing, I cannot imagine why it would take so long. Everyone’s time is valuable, but I live an hour away and have to take off work to get this done.
I certainly hope that they can get this shop back up to the standard they used to hold. If not, it is not worthwhile having any repairs or maintenance done here.

I have a 1990 Civic Wagon I have been on a hunt for key blanks for and nobody in lower Michigan had or could cut them. I was vacationing and saw the Honda dealer and called. I spoke with Sandy who was fantastic. She found two keys and got them cut and helped me out so much! I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond for me so I could have some extra keys!

Worst sales team ever. Two different times there and both were an absolute nightmare. Used cars are ridiculously overpriced also, and they can’t get anything you actually want new.

Riverside was great to work with today, specially Joe Living. We wanted to sell our Suburban because we no longer needed it. I put in Kelley Blue Book to see what would be offered and they called right away. Met with them today and received the price we wanted, so we sold it. Joe made the process easy. If you are looking to sell your vehicle talk to them.

I wanted to start by saying I have been a riverside customer for several years. I also referred my sister to purchase a car from Riverside a few years ago.On 11/15/22, I brought the car in for an oil change and a seasonal tire change to have my summer tires removed and my winter tires mounted and balanced. First off, I waited for five hours in the waiting room for a simple tire swap and oil change. After the service was complete, the technician forgot to reset the oil life Indicator. I knew Riverside was busy that day, so I didn't complain about the wait and reset the oil life myself.Then I find out that Riverside damaged six of my tires when I had them dismounted in the spring (Riverside had mounted and dismounted those tires the last few times). So I reached out to Riverside by sending an email to the service advisor that helped me out on my last service, the service manager, and the general manager to talk about my experience and I have not gotten any response, they don't seem to have the professional to respond to a simple email from a customer.I canceled my upcoming service on my Honda and am actually in the market for another Honda/Toyota product but won't be taking my business to Riverside.

I do NOT recommend this Honda dealer! I was have an issue with the emissions/check engine light. Three months ago I scheduled an appointment and the light went out before the appointment. They told me if the light is on they can't retrieve the codes. The light came on again last week and I called the person I had been dealing with in service. I got her voicemail and left a very detailed message and was never called back. It's been 6 days since I left the message.I contacted another Honda dealer who was able to get me in right away, they retrieved the code and had the parts (fuel injectors) in stock. Now that is SERVICE!!!

Bought used Camry from Riverside in Marquette - absolutely loved the experience. Kurt in the Finance department made it a smooth/easy 1 stop shop - the vehicle was spotless when I came into ownership. Thank you Riverside for such a great experience!

Went in the dealership to check on buying a 2023 Honda Pilot. They had just one in the showroom and it was marked "sold." I tried to inquire about incoming inventory, but NO ONE would even acknowledge my presence. Not so much as a "Hello." I could have been standing there naked and no one would have noticed. After a few minutes of foolishly wondering around aimlessly, I just finally left.
