I was visiting the area and had an issue with my vehicle and Mike and the crew at Quality Car Care Center went above and beyond to take care of it for me and get me back on the road to enjoy the rest of my vacation. I highly recommend them if you're in the area.

Disappointed I'm having to write this review, I was hoping this was going to be my go-to shop for my vehicles. I started hearing a humming from the rear end of my truck, called quality to have all the bearings replaced. Took two weeks to get in, once I got it back, it was making a different and worse bearing noise than when I originally brought it in for. They said give it two weeks it should go away. Two weeks later noise was still bad so I asked for it to be fixed. They said ok they can get me in in another two weeks. This time got it back after they said they made some adjustments and it was making a different noise from the rear end, still humming but quieter and at different times, but still loud enough to hear over the radio. Called them again, they said drop it off, so I did, for the fifth time. Get a call that they can't make the noise go away and hopefully it will go away on its own. If the noise goes away on its own, I will update this review and improve the stars, because they are nice guys down there and I really wish they could have fixed the problem. If it doesn't go away, I will decrease the stars and drive it this way as long as I can until I will have to take it in somewhere else. Not one apology for having to go there 5 times for the same issue after spending over $1200 to have the bearings replaced and still having bearing noise.

Best place by far. Exhaust dropped on car and they were able to fix my car with no appointment and gave my son a ride to work while they fixed it. Great people, great service!

staff is attentive and easy to talk to.. did the job on my vehicle fixing my door hinges. Appears to be a good job. Time will tell. But so far I'm pleased

I had tried for days to get a tow with no luck. Called Quakity Care and had a tow within 20 minutes. The gentleman was super friendly and it was a quick and easy process. My vehicle hadn't run in 2 years so I was expecting the worst, but they fixed her up and I was on the road! Very reasonable price also. Definitely recommend ?

Our car broke down on our first day of vacation in Marquette, on a Saturday. Anttila's Towing recommended Quality Car Care and towed our vehicle there. We talked to Mike first thing on Monday morning. He found the parts, had them overnighted and had our car repaired by Tuesday afternoon. Very reasonably priced as well! If we lived closer to Marquette, we would definitely be regular customers!

Our family had a tire go flat that lead to broken studs and an uncertain way home. After explaining our situation , they were able to get my children and I safely back on the road again. Awesome people!!

The business name "Quality" Car Care is a direct reflection of their customer service and car care services. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, if something requires extra research they have gone the extra mile to find out. They communicate clearly, answer all my questions, and offer up alternatives so that I can make an informed decision before proceeding with repairs or upgrades. I absolutely love that they dedicate Tuesdays as ladies' day for a discounted oil change. I've been a loyal customer for 8 years, I trust their expertise and am grateful for their thoroughness.
