Peninsula extension pharmacy only delivers within a small radius no matter how disabled you are and they demand that you fill all your prescriptions there even though the cost is twice as much as any other pharmacy. They do not accept Good RX or any other discounts. Service is good as long as you pay!

Everyone here was extremely helpful and kind, even going above and beyond to find a coupon to make my medication less expensive. The whole process was smooth and I felt very well taken care of. Thank you guys!!!!!

My infant son needs a medication that is apparently only carried at this particular pharmacy. When I went to get the initial fill, i stood in the store for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. Then, nobody could seem to figure out where my sons medication was even at. It turns out, the medication wasn't even ready and they are only open during the times that I at work. So I was already missing work to try to pick up this medication, and they just assumed I would come in later to pick it up. They did offer to deliver it to my husband at work, which was helpful.I needed to get his prescription refilled, I called 5 times before anyone answered. They let me know it would take 24hrs to refill, which was fine, and I requested that it be delivered to my husband at work again, which they agreed to. The medication was never delivered. I tried to call to ask about it and once again, I called 4 times before anyone answered. Again, they didn't know where the medication was and so I was put on hold. A different person picked up and was rather short with me in telling me that they attempted to deliver it to my home but no one was there. I informed her that my husband and I both work 9-5 jobs and I needed it delivered to him at work. They will be delivering it to the correct place now, however this is wildly inconvenient that my infant sons medication is a major headache to try and get filled each time.

your supply for getting my dads senors their customer service is awful just awful,i am thinking of just telling my dad to go back and picking his finger to check his blood sugat,its less drama,all i have to go and get strpes and thats all.they cant get their paperwork straightened out or his debit card..

Lots of snippy people you have to deal with over the phone, I called to give my billing info, and re order some supplies and was met with hostility and assumptions. Called back to inform them someone would be picking up my order and acted as if it was a hassle for them, sorry if I need my medical supplies and unable to get them myself? Im not getting narcotics or anything someone can use even, why the anger? All of which was uncalled for, this has happened more then once, and they just hang up on you in a hurry. Guess I can go back to Vitality Medical online for my needs. Tried contacting the person in the response below by email and by phone left messages, no response back, cant care that much about fixing the issue.

Great experience with this pharmacy! They were all so kind to us today ! The pharmacist came back to do two rapid Covid tests for us to travel / fly out the next morning as our other Covid tests were stuck at some lab or on a truck in Tennessee! So thank you much for your kindness Nichole and staff ❣️
