Had an appointment to have a bike rack and hitch installed per my purchase agreement.
The service department didn’t know I needed a hitch installed. They didn’t have an adapter for the hitch to connect the bike rack so I will be receiving it in the mail?
I left with a partially assembled bike rack in the back of my car with parts, tools and straps for me to finish the job.
At least it only took 2:45 to do a partial job!
Zero for one. I can wait for my first oil change. Maybe I’ll bring my own filter?

well i would like to give the sales and service departments 5 stars . the service department fixed my daughters car for less than quoted on time and did more than i asked for
then i purchase a car frome sales and it was the best buying experience ive ever had. i can't say enough very satisfied. thank you much I will be back with my other cars for service
