The lack of communication from the used car salesman was absolutely awful. First off, trying to buy a vehicle remotely is challenging, but also trying to get it delivered down state is more logistically challenging from the dealer (I understand that coordinating drivers around winter weather is tough). Although on multiple occasions the salesman promised he would return my text message, call, or voicemail before the end of the day - but never did - a few times I felt I was deliberately being ignored. On one call specifically (on Thursday the 18th), he promised me he had drivers lined up, and the vehicle would be delivered the next day on Friday the 19th.Now finally after 2 weeks, Friday comes and I'm expecting a delivery. No word from the salesman, no response to his work line, personal cell, or calling the dealership to be transferred to his desk. NONE were returned. Also no response from the "Customer Experience Advisor".Did the transport drivers even leave? Why cant the salesman let me know what's going on, instead of keeping me in the dark? Saturday comes and same same - no response from the salesman. Meanwhile, I'm wondering if the vehicle was sold out from under me.Monday rolls around, and finally the Business Manager saves the day - she was outstanding, clear, precise and exact communication. The vehicle was delivered Tuesday when she said it would be.It took from January 7th to January 22nd to get this deal done. Didn't know it was this hard to buy a car nowadays? Maybe this is how Yooper salesman communicate.....

I recently bought a ford Edge, the staff at both the Ford & Subaru dealerships were extremely helpful and friendly, I would recommend them to anyones As a young driver they still took me seriously and got me what I wanted!! Really recommend Riley Dobson. She’s an amazing sales person and will go above and beyond to make it happen!

I had to go to Fox Marquette because I had a recall on a part in my car so Ford required me to use this garage. While I was there to get the "free" recall, the men at Fox Marquette made sure to take advantage of me and rip me off by charging me $155 for one wiper blade and two air filters. They only installed the air filter. They removed my back wiper blade and never installed the new one, though they of course charged me for it. When I went back to tell them that, they said they did install the new one and it must have fallen off. So instead of admitting they forgot to install it (which they did), they admitted to doing the work poorly. When I returned to have the back wiper blade installed, they AGAIN forgot to put in the washer fluid that I asked for (because for $155, that did NOT include a top off of any fluids). I'm not sure what's worse, them deliberately ripping me off, or their level of incompetence. I'm sure that's why they didn't give me an itemized receipt, because they didn't want me to see how much they had overcharged me.I also have this horrible dragging, grinding sound in my car so I asked them to look at that. When I was describing what was wrong with the car, the manager interrupted me. I figured if he was so smart that he didn't need to hear from the car's owner what symptoms the car was experiencing, that he could figure it out himself. Of course, he could not, and they informed me there was nothing wrong with my car, even though it continues to sound and feel like a wheel is going to fall off.

Just leased a new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek and Riley Dobson was so helpful in informing and guiding me through all the steps to taking home my new car! She was excellent in providing the best customer service and answered all of my questions about my options and was able to help me figure out the best car suited to my needs. Could not recommend her enough!

I brought in my 2022 F150 that was leaking gasoline badly. They took it in right away and in a couple of hours had replaced a leaking gas line that was on top of the fuel tank. I was back on the road. What a great job. Thank you all.

I was thrown a curveball with what I thought as wrong with my truck and what actually was. Joe Z. worked with me and was able to find a solution. After that problem occurred and was fixed, another potential large expense happened out the door. Joe Z. again helped me out.

Everybody there is so nice. I brought my dad's car in to get the airbag replaced since there was a recall and they gave me a paper showing what is running correctly or incorrectly on the car and told me where I could go to get new front tired since they are bald. I was not expecting that since the visit was a free visit due to the recall. I feel like they go above and beyond and are very friendly.

Carissa was able to get me scheduled for a Saturday oil change in a timely fashion over email. Everything went great and I had no issues and the works package was finished within an hour. The waiting room could use some updates, but no complaints other than that.

Horrible customer service for All of fox businesses. Never answer the phones and when you finally get someone they are absolutely rude and 9 times out of 10 they say take your vehicle somewhere else. Not a timely mannered company and threatening not warranty a vehicle when its absolutely covered when a turbo blows within the timeframe of the warranty.

Service department has a lack of communication we had to keep calling to check on the status of our vehicle and the first time we called they said our vehicle wasn't there which we had it towed in so we knew it was plus I saw it outside the prior day then after a week of it being there we were finally able to get clarification that it was ready to go and had been ready for a few days but Noone bothered to call us
